8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned by submitting a return request within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. Original outbound shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise agreed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Where an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied and WULPAN is responsible, WULPAN will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required, subject to applicable law.

Refund Processing

We aim to complete the return inspection and eligibility review within 3 business days after receiving a returned item.

For claims that do not require a physical return, we aim to review the claim within 3 business days after receiving the information reasonably needed to assess it.

Once a refund is approved, we aim to initiate it to the original payment method within 2 business days.

After initiation, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
