9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want your WULPAN order to arrive in the condition reasonably expected from the product description.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact service@wulpan.com.

10. Returns and Refunds
Shipping arrangements and delivery estimates are separate from our return and refund procedures.
